The Special Opeartions Team Leadership is an all Volunteer Staff, that work under the permission of New Castle County Fire Chiefs Association. The Host Chiefs from Claymont, Delaware City, Port Penn, Elsmere, Cranston Heights, & Holloway Terrace are the advisors to our mission.
